Through its subsidiary Development Ventures Incorporated, the Durham Housing Authority is very much engaged in the redevelopment of several long-held public housing properties as well as the development of new housing in and around downtown Durham.
With partnerships that include local businesses, nonprofits, government and Google, DHA is bringing resources to the Durham community to grow its resilience and improve our residents capacity to become self-sufficient.
