Resident/Participant Annual & 5-Year PHA Plan Meeting Notice

The Housing Authority of the City of Durham (DHA) has prepared a draft of its 5-Year Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plan for Fiscal Years (FY) 2021-2025, its FY 2021 Annual PHA Plan, and a Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) policy revision for Inspection and Review. The draft proposals can be reviewed on DHA's website, or at DHA's public housing Management and Resident Service Offices by appointment. DHA has scheduled the following optional virtual/teleconference meetings to present these proposals to anyone interested in attending:
