DHA Invites Proposals On DDNP

The Housing Authority of the City of Durham, also known as the Durham Housing Authority ("DHA"), and its Development instrumentality, Development Ventures Incorporated ("DVI"), invites interested developers to submit proposals for the redevelopment of one or more sites included in the DHA Downtown and Neighborhood Plan (DDNP).
