April Resident Safety Tips

Spring Into Safety: Be Aware of Your Surroundings
As the weather warms up, loitering and trespassing incidents often increase in our communities. Recently, two police reports were filed due to suspicious activity. Stay alert and report any concerning behavior to help keep our neighborhoods safe.

Lock It Up
Whether you're stepping out or turning in for the night, always lock your doors and windows. Remove visible valuables and double-check that all entry points are secure.

Stranger Danger Isn't Just for Kids
Remind children and teens not to engage with strangers or allow anyone into the home without adult permission. If someone suspicious is lingering near entryways or buildings, call 911.

Community Watch: Say Something if You See Something
Be an active participant in your neighborhood's well-being by reporting disturbances, trespassing, or property damage. Speaking up early can help prevent bigger problems down the line.

Noise & Curfew Awareness
Spring break and warmer evenings bring more activity. Please be mindful of noise levels and observe youth curfew guidelines.
