NOTICE: New Central Office Location!

The Durham Housing Authority's Central Office at 330 East Main Street is moving! Starting November 4th, our new office will be located at 423 Morris Street in Durham. All DHA phone numbers and emails will remain the same.

To ensure a smooth transition, our Housing Choice Voucher Department will stop seeing walk-in clients beginning October 28th. We will resume seeing walk-in clients on November 25th at our new office location. During this period, you can E-mail urgent HCV questions to: hcvpcustomerservice@dha-nc.org. A drop box for HCV paperwork will be available at the new office beginning November 4. It will be located in the parking lot on the south side of 423 Morris Street next to the exterior staircase.
