Durham Housing to Host Virtual Presentation on DHA's Annual Plan and Policy Changes.

The Housing Authority of the City of Durham (DHA) has prepared a draft of:

• Annual Public Housing Agency Plan for Fiscal Year 2023
• Changes to Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program's Administrative Plan
• Changes to Public Housing Program's Admissions & Continued Occupancy Policies (ACOP)

If you would like to see these proposals, you can view them at DHA's public housing Management and Resident Service Offices by appointment. More information on how to set up an optional appointment or to request the documents can be found on "Our Plan for DHA" page.
