Public Notice - Proposed Changes to FY2020 Annual PHA Plan, ACOP Policy and HCV Administrative Plan
The Housing Authority of the City of Durham (DHA) has New Significant Amendments to the FY 2020 Annual PHA Plan, Admission & Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) Revisions, and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plan Revisions available for Inspection and Review.
The Public is advised the Housing Authority of the City of Durham (DHA) has made the following draft proposals available for public review and inspection:
- A second set of DRAFT Significant Amendments to the Fiscal Year 2020 Annual PHA Plan;
- Proposed Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plan Revisions; and
- Proposed Public Housing Admissions & Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) Revisions
Copies of the draft proposals are available for review:

- DHA's Resident Services Office located at 561 East Main Street, Durham NC 27701 by appointment; or
- DHA's public housing Management Offices by appointment.
DHA's Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing via a Conference Call to receive comments on the proposed changes on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. To participate in this Public Hearing please call 301-715-8592. All written comments must be received by September 28, 2020 for consideration.
