The Housing Authority of the City of Durham's FY 2020 Annual PHA Plan Significant Amendments are Available for Inspection and Review

The Public is advised the Housing Authority of the City of Durham (DHA) has made a draft of Significant Amendments to its FY 2020 Annual PHA Plan available for public review. View Our Plans for DHA page.

DHA's Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing via a Conference Call to receive comments on the proposed changes on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. To participate in this Public Hearing, please call 929.436.2866. The Meeting ID is 840 9438 3863, and the password is 866153 to join.

Written comments on the proposals are welcomed from May 3, 2020 to June 17, 2020. All written comments must be received by June 17, 2020 for consideration. Written comments can be submitted as follows:
