Covid-19 Update Regarding Evictions

As part of DHA's response to the ongoing COVID-19 concerns, no new evictions for nonpayment of rent will be filed in March.

DHA recognizes that many of our working residents will see a drop in income because of closings, layoffs, or lost hours due to school closures. Please call your property management team to report a drop in income and DHA will coordinate completing an interim recertification. As a safety precaution, we are attempting to limit in-person office visits to the greatest extent possible.
