Public Notice - Plans Available for Inspection & Review

The Housing Authority of the City of Durham (DHA) has its 5-Year & FY 2021 Annual PHA Plan, Admissions & Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) Revisions, and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plan Revisions available for inspection and review.

The Public is advised that the draft proposals can be reviewed on this website or at DHA's public housing Management and Resident Service Offices by appointment. A Public Hearing will be held for the draft plans and policy revisions on 1/6/21 at 5:30 p.m. via a conference call. The conference number is 301.715.8592, the Meeting ID is 846 9412 2969, and the password is 615655. Written comments on the proposals are welcomed from 11/20/20 to 1/4/21. All written comments must be received by 1/4/21 for consideration.
