Homebuyers Institute Dates Set for 2019

Classes for first-time homebuyers will be offered on four dates in 2019 at:

Durham NC 27701

All classes are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and are offered on the following dates:

February 9th
May 11th

• Researching the property's title
• Preventing foreclosure
• Budgeting
• How to use your voucher for purchase
• One-on-one counseling pre- and post-purchase
