Proposed Annual Plan Available for Review
The Housing Authority of the City of Durham's FY 2020 Annual PHA Plan, Admission & Continued Occupancy Policies (ACOP) Revisions, Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plan Revisions, and Significant Amendments to the FY 2019 Annual PHA Plan are available for inspection and review. The Public is advised the Housing Authority of the City of Durham (DHA) has made the following draft document proposals available for public review and inspection:
- The DRAFT Fiscal Year 2020 Annual PHA Plan;
- DRAFT Significant Amendments to the Fiscal Year 2019 Annual PHA Plan;
- Proposed Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plan Revisions; and
- Proposed Public Housing Admissions & Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) Revisions
Copies of the draft proposals are available for review:
- DHA's Central Office at 330 E. Main St. Durham, NC 27701 during normal business hours;
- DHA's Resident Services Office located at 561 East Main Street, Durham NC 27701 during normal business hours;
- DHA's public housing Management Offices during normal business hours; or
- On this website's Annual Plan page.
DHA will hold a Public Hearing to discuss the proposals on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 2:00 p.m., at DHA's Central Office, 330 E. Main Street Durham, NC 27701.
Written comments on the proposals are welcomed from August 2, 2019 to September 16, 2019. All written comments must be received by September 16, 2019 for consideration. Written comments can be submitted as follows:
